This beautiful vacation rental is only 200 yards from the ocean and pier. Our 1 bedroom condo has been recently 100% remodeled and updated with an all NEW furniture, duel sink and shower bathroom, tile, carpet, crown molding, baseboards, ceiling fans in kitchen/dining area as well as private bedroom. This home has 1 flat screen televisions, 1 DVD player, cable connection and secure wireless internet access.

This ground floor unit has a full kitchen, dining area, living room and one bedroom, with brand new Queen bed, and private bath and shower. The living room has a king size convertible couch bed for 2 adults or children to sleep on. It is a state of the art pull out system that is almost as comfortable as a regular bed mattress. It also comes with its own washer and dryer.

Location
San Clemente's Pier Area is famous for it's friendly beach with picnic tables, snack bars, boogie boarding, surfing, and dining on the Pier.

Del Mar is the main street of San Clemente and is walking distance... several blocks north.

There is also great walking trail along the beach. To the North the trail takes you to San Clemente's North Beach, with a train stop, coffee shop and bike rentals. To the South you can walk past T-Street, a world famous surf spot, on down to Califia State Beach

Payment Procedures
Deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival and we will send you an email reminder.

Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit can be refunded up to 60 days prior to arrival date ONLY if the unit is re-rented.
Security Deposit refund will be sent within 5 days after cleaning and inspection of property.

Deposits
Your security deposit will cover any accidental loss or damage during your stay and is based on the inventory list and condition of the property upon your arrival. All properties are inspected prior to each arrival.

Policies
NO Noise after 9pm - Please be considerate of your neighbors as many of them live next to you year-round.
Smoking in unit and on the porches is not allowed and will result in loss of all Security Deposit.
Daily housekeeping service not included
Please only use outdoor chairs and tables for outdoor porches
Use Trash cans located at back of property
