Hemlock Bluff Cabin is a private oasis tucked away on a beautiful, secluded lot that borders over 800,000 acres of protected forests, rivers and streams in the Upper Cumberland Plateau area of Tennessee and Kentucky. You can walk off the back of our lot directly into the adjacent Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area, Daniel Boone National Forest, Pickett State Park and Pickett State Forest.

Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations require 60 day notice for refund, a minimum $25.00 fee is charged for all cancellations.

Reservation changes: first change no additional charge. Additional changes require a fee of $ 25.00 per change.

Deposits
Deposits for reservations are as follows: 1-4 night stays require 1 night’s deposit; 5 or more nights require 2 nights’ deposit.

Policies
Cleaning fees: $50 per stay
State Sales Tax: 9.5%
Lodging Tax: 5%
Pet Fees: $25.00 per pet, per stay, and is non-refundable.
Horses: $6.00 to $11.00 per night depending on cabin.
Additional charges may apply as specified in the rental agreement and policies document.
