Our home has all of the conveniences of home. It is conveniently located approximately 2 miles from downtown Gulf Shores. The house is located on the absolute best beach area on West Beach. Gulf Shores small town atmosphere makes your visit to the beach comfortable and easy. Spend the afternoon browsing boutiques, gift shops and galleries, or hunt for name-brand bargains at local outlet stores. The Riviera Center, one of the South's largest factory outlet malls is only a few miles away in Foley, Alabama.

Payment Procedures
Home
Home requires weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday

Deposits
A $25 non-refundable reservation processing fee will be charged for all reservations.
Processing fee and deposit required within 10 days of making a reservation to avoid cancellation.

Home
The deposit for our luxury beach home is $850.
Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit.
Deposit will be refunded by mail within 14 days of departure if unit is left in good order.
A separate deposit is required for each week reserved.
Guest are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, you will be billed accordingly.
A reservation during Summer Seasons must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival by check. The security deposit and processing fee are due within 10 days from the date of booking. 50% of the total rental amount is due 90 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival all pre-paid rent amounts will be forfeited to the owner unless the unit is re-booked for the entire stay.

You will receive a confirmation letter after we receive your deposit.

Contact us immediately if you find a discrepancy. Otherwise, it will be assumed correct.

Cancellations
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, a 90-day advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your deposit and all pre-paid rent amounts will be forfeited to the owner unless the unit is re-booked for the entire stay. SORRY, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

Check-In
When:
Due to our high standards for cleanliness check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Where:
We will make arrangements for you to pick up the keys or have them delivered to you upon your arrival.
Two sets of keys will be issued upon payment of rent. If you become locked out after hours there will be a $25.00 re-entry fee charge. There will be a charge for each key not returned.

Check-Out
Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Keys are to be left on the kitchen table and please lock the door when you leave. We must have your cooperation to prepare the unit for the next guest’s arrival. We ask that when you depart, please dispose of all food and trash. All dishes are to be left clean. Our housekeeping staff will handle the cleaning and linens.

Payment
Entire rent due 30 days prior to check-in by check.
Please limit it to one check per reservation.
Lodging tax is 11%.
Holiday and special event rates may differ from published rates.
Guest are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival and departure date.

Pets
Pet fee is $85.00 per pet.

Occupancy
Limited to actual sleeping capacity of 18 (includes children).
Bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
Home will be rented to persons other than families, married couples and adults who are 25 years of age or older. All occupants of a unit under the age of 25 years must be closely and personally supervised by the renter. Single persons under 25 years will not be permitted to check-in. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of deposit and rent.

Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. However, no rent refunds will be made for malfunctions.

Re-booking
As a special service to our repeat guests, you have the first option to reserve the same property, for the same week next year. Give us a call or stop by our office Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. during your weekly stay this year. The unit will be released for general availability at 10:00 a.m. (check-out time) on the day of your departure. You can book a confirmed reservation 1 year in advance.

We regret we are unable to provide our prospective renters with keys to preview properties due to the liability issues involved. Prices, furnishings and tax are subject to change.
We have made every effort to assure that all information printed is current and accurate and cannot be held responsible for errors in printing. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing, in advance, by management and presented at check-in.
