Description
If the rush of a roaring creek or the sound of a gobbling turkey appeal to you, then you will want to visit Majestic Memories Cabin. That's right, you might hear these sounds of nature from the deck of the cabin. Also, you might see a bobcat or an occasional bear eating apples from the tree in the front of the cabin. If you like the sound of birds singing or chirping, then you will be pleasantly surprised as you awaken in the morning to their many tunes. If it is cold in the morning when you get up, just throw a log in the fireplace and have a roaring fire to warm to you. Or, you could just turn up the central heat.

As you look out the windows of the cabin, the view of nature is so relaxing that it gives you an inner peace that cannot be explained. You see for miles on a clear day. There are many varieties of trees and wildflowers around the cabin.

When you are tired from all the shopping and sightseeing, relax in the hot tub on the deck with the breeze of the many trees around keeping you cool and enjoy the view of nature all around you at the same time.

Size: 3 Bedroom plus Bedroom/Gameroom(1 King, 2 Queen), 2 Sleeper Sofas, 2 Baths, sleeps up to 10 with linens and towels provided.

Payment Procedures
Full payment of your rent, taxes and cleaning fee must be received 30 days prior to your check-in date. Your credit card will be automatically billed for the balance unless you make other payment arrangements.

Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a reservation, the guest named on the rental agreement must notify me either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. There is a $50 cancellation fee on all canceled reservations charged. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date the reservation is non-refundable but may be rescheduled, one time only. A credit will be issued for the same unit, good for up to one year from the original arrival date. When rebooking canceled reservations with credits to a lower cost season there are no refunds or adjustments. When rebooking to a higher cost season, prevailing rates and conditions will apply for the rebooked dates. If canceling 24 hours or less, prior to 3pm on your arrival date, there are no refunds or reschedules.

Deposits
An intial deposit may be charged to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be held for up to 10 days after check out date to insure that property was maintained and well cared for by renter. If there are no damages or extra cleaning charges required, this deposit will be returned in full.
