Description
The Kapoho Beach Pool House sits on the highest point within a gated community with over 2400 square feet of living area, a private swimming pool, and six ocean accesses within three blocks.
The upper unit has three bedrooms (two queens and one twin) and two baths. There are two bedrooms and two baths available below for larger groups who want the whole house or for those who are unable to climb stairs. There are large covered decks, complete indoor living, cooking, and dining areas. With three futons, a roll-away, and a crib, it can accommodate up to 15 people. There are six ocean accesses within walking distance for ocean swimming and snorkeling with many types of tropical fish and green sea turtles.
Location
Kapoho Beach lots are located 28 miles southeast of Hilo, the County seat for Hawaii. It is approximately a mile from Kumakahi Lighthouse, the southeastern point of the Big Island. It is 40 miles from Volcan National Park and golf, and over 130 Miles from Kailua, Kona on the westside.
The closest town is Pahoa, an old plantation town, nine miles away. Paho has great character, wooden sidewalks, numerous ethnic restaurants, board sidewalks, and small shops.
