Kritter Kottage is located in the Award Winning Beachwalk Resort Community. This community is located in Michigan City across the street from Lake Michigan. A 400' boardwalk gives our guests and residents access to 4 miles of Lake Michigan's Best Beach. This rental has access to all resort amenities which include: Tennis, Basketball, Putting Green, Swimming Pool, Playground, park areas, pond/ fountain, 26 acre Fishing/ swimming Lake Kai and much more.

Payment Procedures
Cash, Check or Credit Card - VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Initial Deposit is due 14 days after making your reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made sixty (60) days prior to check-in or rent will not be refunded, unless home is re-rented with no time lost. All cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee.

Deposits
Reservations made 7 months prior to arrival; 25% down 25% two months later with the balance paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. For reservations made 6 months or less prior to arrival 25% down with the balance being paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Last minute reservations require payment in full. No shows will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received within the guidelines specified above. A non-refundable reservation fee of $45.00 will be added to all reservation confirmations.

Policies
In-Season - Rentals by the week only.
Off-Season - 2 nt minimum required.
All Rates are subject to state and local tax of 11%.
Damage Waiver Plan - a $35.00 non-refundable fee is required on all reservations.
Check-In is after 4pm (Central standard Time) at the Beachwalk Office.
Check-Out is 10am.
During the off-season check-in and out times can be flexible. Call for more details.
