ShadowHawk #5 is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located just a few steps from the Salmon River and across the street from the 1st Fairway of the Thistle Green at the golf course. This condo is in a building of 2 units creating a quiet, more private setting. Nicely appointed with natural cedar accents for a warm décor. Cozy up to the rock fireplace, take a walk or go fishing by the river. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a twin bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Relax in the hot tub year-round or splash in the pool during the summer months. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities include TV, VCR, stereo, phone, washer/dryer, air conditioning and propane BBQ. No pets. No smoking. 1100 Sq Ft. Sleeps 5. Maximum Parking - 2 vehicles.

Payment Procedures
1. Rates given are per night, based upon a 2 night minimum visit (longer minimum stays required during holiday periods) and do not include 6% county room tax, reservation fee or optional 4% Trip Cancellation Insurance.
2. Rates given are based upon the greatest number of people who will be staying in the home during your visit.
3. Full payment (rent, room tax, security deposit) is due 45 days in advance; your credit card will be charged for full amount due if payment or cancellation notice is not received.
4. Upon receipt of full payment, you will be sent a confirmation letter and registration card plus a map, directions and instructions for check-in and key pick-up.
5. Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.
6. Cancellations or changes made less than 45 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid.
7. Current VISA or MasterCard and/or security deposit will be retained until after departure and may be used to cover the costs of: additional rent for occupants not listed on the reservation, damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning beyond normal expectations or any other expenses incurred by the renter.
8. Check-in is 4-6 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Late check-outs will be charged for an additional night.
9. All homes have a phone for your convenience. Any long distance phone calls must be made collect or with a calling card or credit card.
10. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You will be charged for shipping plus a minimum $15 handling fee for any items left behind that you request us to return.
11. Please return keys to the office upon check-out. You will be charged a minimum of $25 for any keys not returned upon departure.
12. Rates and policies vary for reservations of 7 or more nights.
13. Children 5 (maximum of 3) and under stay free with their parents!
14. About 1/2 of our homes allow pets. If you wish to travel with your pet, Cascade Property Management must be informed in advance. Your pet(s) must be registered with us and may only come along if you are staying in a pet-friendly home. Otherwise please leave your pets at home. Please review our Pet-Friendly Policies for more details.
15. Please no smoking.
POLICIES AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND DURING HOLIDAYS AND QUIET SEASON PERIODS. (PLEASE CALL US ABOUT SPECIAL POLICIES AND RATES FOR THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S AND RESERVATIONS OF 7 OR MORE NIGHTS.)
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, NATURE, WEATHER, OR WEATHER-RELATED SITUATIONS, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC FAILURE, SKI OR GOLF CONDITIONS, POWER FAILURES OR FAMILY FEUDS.
Policies
We do not allow parties, weddings or other special events at most of our rentals. Arrangements for special events must be made in advance. There is an additional fee charged to have a special event at the few homes which can accommodate them. The minimum fee is $100.00 plus $5.00 for each person who is not registered at the rental. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund for unauthorized events.
2. Our safety code determines the occupancy level of each home. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, sofas or any other furniture that is not designated as a sleeping area. We do not allow camping in tents, on decks or patios or in RVs or campers on the property.
3. The primary registered guest on the reservation must be over 21 years of age and must be staying at the vacation rental for the entire visit. The primary registered guest will be held responsible for any expenses incurred during the visit. No guests who are under 21 years of age may stay in the rental home unless they are with their parents or legal gaurdians.
4. The renter agrees to use the property in a fashion for which it is reasonably intended. The renter will not act in a manner which will infringe upon other guests' or neighbors' rights, enjoyment or use of property or adjacent property.
5. The renter shall not house more people or others than those listed on the reservation.
6. The renter shall pay any and all legal fees and costs to the owner and/or agent if any action or suit shall be brought about by the owner or agent for the recovery of rent due, reimbursement of damages, cleaning or other expenses incurred by the renter or to enforce any right hereby conferred, or the recovery of the possession of the premises.
7. Cascade Property Management shall have the right at any and all reasonable times to enter and inspect the premises.
8. Cascade Property Management reserves the right to evict at any time any guest who is not in compliance with the above stated policies. There will be no refunds for evictions due to non-compliance with the policies.
