Cancellations and Refunds
$50 cancel fee from time money on account until 31 days prior to arrival; 30-8 days prior forfeit deposit of $200; 7 days prior to arrival, except December 15 to January 6 when there is much holiday travel.

Deposits
300.00 deposit due within 10 days on confirmation. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

this $300.00 damage deposit is due before arrival. This is refundable after rental property is inspected and approved this is refunded minus cleaning charges and state taxes.
