The property also has a heated pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness room to help you relax at the end of a day on the mountain.

Situated in the heart of downtown Aspen our property is the skiers and snowboarders 1st choice place to stay. Just across the street from the Silver Queen Gondola, ASPEN SQUARE'S convenient location is just steps away from Aspen Mountain and only one block from free skier shuttle pickup to any of the other three world class ski mountains. ASPEN SQUARE is also within walking distance of all the unique shops, outstanding restaurants, art galleries and all of the fun that Aspen has to offer.

Payment Procedures
A deposit is taken within 10 days of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival during the winter season. In the summer season, the remaining balance is not due until checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of payment. A personal check is also acceptable as long as there is a credit card on file.

Cancellations and Refunds
Winter: If cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 per unit cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival deposit will be refunded only if all condos of similar size are re-rented. The $50 cancellation fee still applies.
Summer: If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival refund will result only if all condos of similar size are re-rented. The $25 cancellation fee still applies.

Deposits
Winter: A deposit of $500 per unit per week is required within 10 days of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Summer: A deposit of 2 nights rent is required per unit per week booked. The remainder of the balance is due upon checkout.

Policies
Check-in time is 4pm. We cannot guarentee check-in prior to 4pm however we will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is 10am. If possible we will authorize late check-outs when there are no new guests due to arrive in a room.

The local tax rate is 9.6%.
