Lake Access Home:
Barnstead NH, located 30 minutes east of NH's Capital City is everything nature should be. Surrounded by trees and flowers; feel the privacy and peace of our 1-acre haven. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself in our spacious 3-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom A-frame, with lake fun only a 1/2 mile away. Once you are relaxed then start thinking about all the fun to be had in NH Lower Lakes Region.
This home away from home provides beds made up with sheets ready for when you arrive. Bath towels are provided and toiletries to get you started. You will find the kitchen complete with the necessities; stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and full settings and cookware. TV is local broadcast, but please enjoy the DVD, VCR, and small movie collection.
Do you like to BBQ? Propane grill is in the shed along with lawn chairs, horse shoes, bocce, and beach toys. And when the laundry needs to be done, and doesn't it always, yes there is a washer and dryer located in the back den. Phone is local and emergency only. You'll be too busy enjoying the peace, you'll want to turn those cell phone's off too.
Location
Keeping the family occupied will not be a problem in this fun-filled 200-acre Lake Community. The child-friendly main beach is a 1/2 mile from the house complete with picnic area, in-ground swimming pool with life guard, playground, fishing area, and parking area. Down the street is 2 tennis courts, another in-ground pool, several other smaller beaches, and a free 6-hole golf course. We provide the passes, so all you have to do is enjoy!
