Payment Procedures
To secure your reservation, we require a credit card at the time of booking. Actual full payment for your reservation is processed at the time of arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds
Loss of $20 administrative fee 31 days or more prior to arrival. Loss of deposit and administration fee less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits
50% of rental fee.

Policies
2 night minimum on all units. Some holiday periods require longer stays.
