Payment Procedures
Weekly Rental Rates from $840 to $1,190, depending on your Vacation Dates. Special Events are HIGHER. A $60 Cleaning Fee plus 12.5% Florida Tax is applied to all Rental Rates,

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 5% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 5% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 10% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates.

Deposits
$200 per Week Booking Fee is required to hold your Vacation dates, if your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates

Policies
The $200 Booking Fee is applied to your total Rental Cost.
