Rodney Dunes Pier 12 offers 2 - 2 BR apartments and 1 - 3 bedroom apartment located 100 feet to the beach. Each apartment has something different to offer from the living room with fireplace and the glass enclosed Florida room in spacious Apartment A the gorgeous ocean view and romantic Victorian bedroom of Apartment B, or the spacious nautical feel of Apartment C that even has a large balcony. Each apartment is fully furnished with a full size kitchen with dishwasher and everything else needed to make this a very comfortable enjoyable vacation.

Rodney Dunes Pier 12 is located in the heart of Dewey Beach on the ocean block, approximately 100 feet to the beach. We are within walking distance of all Dewey Beach has to offer from dining to nightlife. No highways or roads to cross, just walk out your door and you are just steps to the beach.

Payment Procedures
Deposit may be personal check check unless 30 days or less before rental; bank check, certified check, or cash payment due at check in

Cancellations and Refunds
Written notification is required by the signing tenant(s) at least 30 days prior in order to release the existing lease agreement back to Rodney Dunes Pier 12 in an effort to rerent. At that time we will make the apartment available for rent in an effort to rerent the property. If we are unable to rerent the week(s) that you have reserved, and you have returned a signed lease agreement along with a deposit and the cancellation is less than 30 days , you will be held responsible for payment in full. All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental amount ($100.00 minimum). For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reservation date you will receive a refund check for the balance which will be sent to you once the new rental is secured and payment has been received in full.

Deposits
$250.00 - $500.00 damage/hold security deposit plus 1/3 of rental amount due at time of booking

Policies
no smoking, Pets (no large dogs) may be allowed on an individual basis.
