This is a large older home situated on the east bank of the Necanicum River in the heart of Oregon's famous coastal resort, Seaside. An easy walk to the world famous Seaside Promenade and Turnaround and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
The house has been extensively remodeled with all modern conveniences but carefully planned to retain its original charm. Relax on the fully enclosed front sun porch, lounge in the library surrounded by an extensive collection of reading material or choose from one of four uniquely themed guest bedrooms to relax after a day at the beach.
Location
The house is near the center of everything in Seaside. An easy walk to the Seaside Convention Center or the new Seaside Outlet Mall.
Seaside itself is the closest coastal community to Portland, just a 70 mile drive from downtown Portland to the shores of the Pacific.

Payment Procedures
Payment by check 28 days before check-in unless otherwise arranged with owners.
Cancellations and Refunds
Unless otherwise arranged with owner, cancellation less than 45 days before scheduled check-in will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Cancellations within 21 days of check-in date will result in forfeiture of entire rent.
Deposits
$200 security deposit must be received before reservations can be confirmed and dates blocked.
$95 or $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
8 % City & 1% State Room Tax added to all rentals.
Policies
This tenancy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, by the terms of this agreement and by the Owner's rules and regulations, which are as follows; and further rules which may be attached and/or posted throughout the premises.
1) This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS (unless specifically approved by Owner) facility. The Guest shall take particular caution against allowing any smoking of cigarettes or other tobacco products and other fire hazards. The Guest is responsible for damage or cleanup expenses for any person found to have smoked and/or had a pet in the home requiring repair and/or cleaning thereafter to remove the smoke and/or pet odor.
2) All missing, broken or damaged articles listed or which may be furnished by the Owner, shall be charged against the Guests at the replacement value.
3) Guests agree not to admit visitors who are not named in this agreement for any overnight period and agree that they will refer all inquiries from strangers seeking entrance to the property to the Owner. The aforementioned premises shall be occupied by no more than 12 persons.
4) Guests agree to keep the doors locked at all times that they are not in the dwelling. The Owner is not liable or responsible in any way for loss or damage of any articles belonging to the Guest or located on said premises.
5) Guests shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about said premises.
6) Guest shall not sublet the premises or any part thereof, or assign this rental agreement to any other persons, nor give keys to any person not named in this agreement.
7) Guest shall maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition at all times, and upon the termination of the tenancy shall surrender same to Owner in as good a condition as when received. Ordinary wear and tear and damage by the elements excepted; deposit is herewith paid; to be returned by Owner within 21 days of receipt of the returned key.
8) Owner shall supply electric wiring, plumbing facilities which produce hot and cold running water, safe drinking water, adequate heating facilities, a garbage can and weekly garbage service.
9) Guest agrees to assume all liability for, and to hold Owner harmless from, all damages and all costs and witness fees and attorney fees in the defense thereof, caused by the negligence or willful acts and/or illegal acts of Guests or Guests in or upon any part of the premises, and to be responsible for any damage or breakage to any of Guest's own equipment, fixtures or appliances therein or thereon, not caused by Owner misconduct or willful neglect.
