BestView Cabin is ideal accomodations for a couple or small family. Unit is small (approx. 550 sq. ft.) and located in a populated resort community setting. It is not a secluded cabin in the woods!

The privately-owned cabin is nestled within the 3000 acre, internationally renowned Breezy Point Resort, conveniently located 30 miles north of Brainerd, 2-1/2 hours north of the Minneapolis/St. Paul, in the Lakes region of central Minnesota. Just 40 mi. from Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Minutes from other outstanding Lakes Area golf courses: Pines At Grand View Lodge, The Preserve, Madden's, Ruttger's, Whitefish Golf Course & the new Arnold Palmer designed, Deacon's Lodge. Payment Procedures
1/2 rental amount & security deposit to secure reservation. Balance due 10 business days prior to check-in. Check or money order, made payable to Curtis Stanley.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to check in date. No refunds within 30days of check in.

Deposits
$150 security deposit. Returned within 10 business days after check out, pending housekeeping inspection.

Policies
Rates based on quad occupancy (4). $5 per person/per day, $35/week, per person for additional guests.

All renters must complete lease agreement and include with payment. All inquiries will receive information packet containing lease.
