It has the Indian River on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. It has an inlet so boats can pass from one waterway to the other. Fishing is excellent. There is a jetty close by for fishing. It is also only 2 hours from Disneyworld. It's centeral location is excellent for the traveling visitor who wants to see Florida as well as for those who want to enjoy the relaxation of the peaseful setting.
