Elegantly furnished in Provençal style, the Cannes vacation rental is on two levels (parking, laundry room and wine cellar are in the basement). The flooring is travertine marble throughout and there is a secluded garden with a patio which is romantically lit up at night under a giant parasol palm. The entrance hall, the sitting room, the dining room, the study, the kitchen and the guest toilet are all on the ground floor.
On the second floor of the French Riviera villa rental there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with its own spacious terrace and furnished with a Queen’s size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room, with two further double bedrooms with single beds, a second bathroom and a separate toilet. This French Riviera holiday home sleeps six in comfort and style. Amenities include wide-screen satellite TV, VCR, Hi-Fi, ADSL (High Speed Internet), an international telephone connection and fax.
Location
The French Riviera holiday home is situated in a quiet, residential area, directly opposite the beautiful, 19th Century buildings of the Fondation Santa Maria. The complex includes a historical chapel and occupies an entire city block which runs right down to the sea.
The Boulevard du Midi follows right along the seashore from this Côte d’Azur holiday home. It is a great stretch of fine, champagne-coloured sand several miles long – a place to lie and to relax, to sunbathe and to enjoy the view of yachts with colourful spinnakers running before the breeze on the Bay of la Napoule, or to jog for miles along the seafront. Snack bars, cafés and restaurants line the promenade all the way to the Vieux Port, the Palais des Festivals and la Croisette. After a day in the hot Riviera sun, the beach is only a minute away from a refreshing shower and a cold glass of your favourite rosé wine in your garden patio under the shade of an umbrella palm.
After the hectic spring and summer months, our French Riviera vacation villa offers a different festival every month from October through to April: mimosa, music, dance as well as antiques fairs and the attractions of regular weekly markets.
On a sunny day you can take a break and have lunch at a beach restaurant just minutes away from your Cannes conference accommodation and soak up the sun under clear, blue skies, between the turquoise of the sea and the snow-capped, white mountain peaks surrounding Nice.
Traffic is normally light at this time of the year and shopping along rue d\\\\'Antibes and Boulevard de la Croisette is great, the nightlife is varied and the majority of the restaurants are open with enclosed glassed-in areas for dining right by the sea. Life can be so wonderful...
