Two separate bedrooms (queen size beds), a large loft with 5 double size beds, complete kitchen, crafts/game room with pool table and ping pong table and a great star gazing deck. A wonderful place to enjoy the quiet sounds of nature while living in your comfortable home away from home. Location
The Kern River and the friendly historical town of Kernville are only about 1 mile down the hill. The Wild & Scenic Kern River is an exciting, thrilling experience for white water enthusiasts. The river can also be fished for the beautiful, exclusive Golden Trout. The terrain is high desert yet has an abundance of migrating birds at a protectced Audubon habitat area. Walk the Trail of 100 Giants (giant redwood trees), rock climb the Kernville Slab, Bike or hike challenging or pleasure riding trails, Get wet swimming, water skiing, boating at nearby Lake Isabella. Golf at the public Kern Valley Golf Course. Let the craggy mountains, huge stone boulders, and vast open areas call to your sense of adventure.
