Payment Procedures
Conformation over the phone. Deposit (payable by check, money order, or credit card via paypal) & Rental Agreement faxed. Vacancies will be filled on a first com first served basis.

Cancellations and Refunds
cacellations with 60 days notice will be accepted with 100% refund of deposit amount.
Cancellations with 30 days notice will be charged a $25 fee, and then refunded.

Deposits
Pet Deposit: Depends on the length of stay($25-$100)
