PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
You must be a legal resident of the United States of America and 18 years
or older at the time of your entry to win. Employees or partners of National
Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. and their immediate families are not
permitted to participate in this promotional sweepstakes. All applicable
state, federal and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes
is void where prohibited by law.
HOW
TO ENTER
To enter, submit your legal name and e-mail address in the area provided.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted ("one person" means one (1)
individual, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses that person maintains).
In the event of any dispute, entries will be
deemed submitted by the legal owner of the e-mail address that was entered.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, distorted
or damaged entries or attempted entries; (b) any malfunctions associated
with telephones, electronics, hardware, software or any malfunctions caused
by the Internet; (c) any disruptions in the sweepstakes or injuries, damage
or losses that are caused by events outside the control of the sponsor;
or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated
with the sweepstakes. Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible,
mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular or not compliant
with these official rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right,
in it's sole discretion to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if it is determined
that something has destroyed the integrity of this promotion. The sponsor's
judgment with regard to the rules of the sweepstakes shall be final. Sponsor
reserves the right to use the sweepstakes for publicity purposes in any
media and to use the name, likeness and hometown name and/or prize information
of the winner as part of that publicity, without any compensation or prior
review unless prohibited by law.
SWEEPSTAKES
PERIOD
The sweepstakes will begin on October 10th, 2003. The sweepstakes will end
on October 10th, 2004 and therefore all entries must be received by 11:59
p.m. PST on October 9th, 2004.
DRAWING
There will be one (1) winner determined by a random drawing from all eligible
entries received for the weeks stay at a vacation rental listed in the
National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc.. The drawing will be held
on or about November 1st, 2004. In the event the potential winner does not
qualify or is unable to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner
drawing. All decisions of the sponsor are final and binding.
There
will be one (1) winner determined by a random drawing from all eligible
entries received for a 5 year listing in the National Directory of Vacation
Rentals, Inc.. The drawing will be held on or about November 1st, 2004. In
the event the potential winner does not qualify or is unable to accept
the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing. All decisions of
the sponsor are final and binding.
PRIZE
The prize will be a one (1) week (7 days) stay at a vacation rental listed
on the web site National Directory of Vacation Rentals. The sponsors shall
determine the location of the rental and the actual rental unit at a later
date. No substitutions or cash equivalent of prizes granted except for
sponsor's option of a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes
shall be forfeited 90 days after the winner is announced. Prizes are awarded
"as is" and without warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Sponsors
specifically make no warranty regarding the vacation rental unit. Subject
to availablity of rental property.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The prize winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner must be able to
prove identity with a valid state issued drivers license or another equally
verifiable form of identification. All federal, state and local taxes
are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The sponsor of the sweepstakes is National Directory of Vacation Rentals,
Inc. 285 Gingerbread Street, Henderson, Nevada 89014
CAUTION
Any attempt to deliberately damage the web site or undermine the legitimate
operation of the sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil
laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the sweepstakes.
Should such an attempt be made, sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies
and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law,
including criminal prosecution.
