The first image that comes to mind with Nevada is the glitz, lights and attractions of the state's largest city Las Vegas. During the winter the mountains are

covered in snow and provide excellent opportunities to ski. During the summer the mountains are lush and beautiful and provide all types of outdoor activities.

History buffs can tour the state's old mining towns and ghost towns, while the outdoor enthusiast can enjoy any one of the 21 state parks. Lastly, there are several annual fairs and events that can be enjoyed year round throughout the entire state.
