Ohio seems to have something for everyone,
from the forests, hills and caverns to the lakes, rivers
and parks. The major cities are connected by a great highway
system making travel throughout the state quite easy.
Perhaps the greatest draw to Ohio is the recreational
sports attractions. The state has over seventy state parks,
numerous campgrounds, too many lakes to count and several
ski resorts.
Theme parks are another popular attraction
in Ohio. Visitors can brave the roller coasters at Cedar
Point that is home to the world's second tallest roller
coaster at over 305 feet tall. Other theme parks in Ohio
include Sea World, Kings Island and Geauga Lake, all of
which are family attractions.

Forests largely cover the southern portion of the state. Visitors can hike, camp and explore
the natural caves, gorges, lakes and waterfalls that this
forest area provides. Ohio is home to the largest Indian
effigy in the world, Serpent Mound. Serpent Mound is a
huge figure made of clay and stone that runs a quarter
of a mile across the land.
